A complete smile isn’t out of reach. At Shoreline Dental Studio, our dental implant dentist offers advanced, in-house care in San Clemente and Mission Viejo, helping patients restore function, confidence, and long-term health.
Dental implants are one of the most reliable and natural-feeling options for tooth replacement. Because they bond directly to the jawbone, they offer strong support for crowns, bridges, or dentures – and with the right care, they can last a lifetime.
Our implant dentistry services are led by Dr. Nguyen, who provides dental implant surgery and restoration in-house. From consultation to healing and final results, you’ll work with a team who understands your goals, anatomy, and budget.

Every case begins with a one-on-one consultation and CBCT scan, followed by 3D mapping, models, and full-case planning. Whether you’re missing one tooth or several, our dental implants in Mission Viejo CA and San Clemente are fully personalized.
Some complex situations – including full-arch restoration or cases involving bone grafting or medical concerns – may be referred to a trusted oral surgeon. Most patients, however, can receive implants right here in-house.

Implant placement is often simpler than patients expect. Using CBCT imaging, we plan the precise position and angle of the implant ahead of time. Your implant procedure is performed under local anesthesia, and sedation options are available for your comfort.
After placement, a healing period of 3–6 months allows your jaw to integrate with the titanium post. During this time, your dentist will provide guidance on function and care to protect the implant.
Once healing is complete, a custom-crafted crown, bridge, or full denture is attached. Each restoration is designed to match your bite, smile, and facial structure for natural-looking, long-lasting results.
We offer single tooth implants and can coordinate care for patients who need full dental implants for complete restorations.

Dr. Nguyen has completed advanced training in implant surgery and provides full implant care at our San Clemente and Mission Viejo locations. For more complex oral surgery or bone loss cases, we’ll refer to trusted local specialists – but most patients receive care directly in-house.
When it comes to long-term outcomes, dental implants offer outstanding value. They restore more than just a smile – they restore function, stability, and confidence. Compared to other surgeries, implants have less downtime, minimal discomfort, and longer-lasting benefits.
Most patients can return to normal activity quickly, enjoying the freedom of a full, secure bite without worrying about dentures or missing teeth.
There’s no such thing as one-size-fits-all care. Your implant treatment is shaped by your anatomy, goals, and lifestyle. We’ll review every detail during your consultation to make sure the final results – and the cost – reflect what works best for you.
With in-house surgical and restorative care, you also benefit from consistent planning and fewer external fees. Our team is here to help you navigate all your options.

“Best dental experience ever! Everyone is so sweet, caring and incredibly knowledgeable and confident. I was super nervous about going to dentist after not having gone for awhile but as soon as stepped into the studio I felt like I was in good, loving hands and had nothing to worry about! Everyone is so great about creating a calm and friendly experience:) Dr. Livingston is the best!”

“It’s a friendly, welcoming and stress free environment. From the candle in the reception area to the windows in the treatment rooms looking out on a garden, it feels very non-dentist like, which is actually a good thing. They addressed the issue I had come in for and didn’t try to upsell me on other unnecessary treatments. I actually found a dentist’s office that I like!”

Surgery takes about 1–2 hours. Healing takes 3–6 months before the final restoration is placed.
