“Best dental experience ever! Everyone is so sweet, caring and incredibly knowledgeable and confident. I was super nervous about going to dentist after not having gone for awhile but as soon as stepped into the studio I felt like I was in good, loving hands and had nothing to worry about! Everyone is so great about creating a calm and friendly experience:) Dr. Livingston is the best!”

AUDIO VISUAL
[Instrumental music.] Animated blue wave graphics move across a pale background before the Shoreline Dental Studio logo appears. The opening question fades in: “What do you enjoy most about your experience with Shoreline?”
Patient 1: “How friendly everybody is. It’s just like home. It is. That’s pretty nice to say about a dental office. I just feel so comfortable. Everybody says hi. They greet you. They know you, and I never wait. I think the longest I waited is five minutes, so it’s just really nice.” A blonde woman speaks in a seated interview near the reception area. The video briefly cuts to the exterior of the Shoreline Dental Studio building, showing the practice signage and street number 122, before returning to her interview.
Patient 2: “From the minute you enter the door, everyone is, ‘Hi, how are you? How’s your life? How’s your day?’ asking you questions. And it’s just that, you know, the whole process through the whole appointment, and everyone just really caring about you, caring about your family and your kids, and really showing interest in your needs. It’s just that feeling that you get.” Another blonde woman speaks while seated on a dark leather couch in the waiting area. The video cuts to footage of two young boys in matching plaid shirts interacting with Dr Ritzau in a white coat.
Patient 3: “I, like, walk in, and it’s calm, and I’m excited to get my teeth clean. Like, I don’t have any anxiety about that, and I’m a very, I’m a big fan of preventative medicine. And so, the fact that you can come and catch something before, or fix something that you didn’t even know was a problem, or have the conversation of what your goal is to, like, have your perfect smile. I think it... I walk in the door and I’m calm and excited.” A brunette woman speaks in a seated interview in the waiting area. The camera changes from a wider interview shot to a closer view of her smiling directly toward the camera.
[Instrumental music.] The interview fades to a pale branded screen reading “Come see what the talk is about.” The final screen displays the Shoreline Dental Studio logo and: “Setup your experience today (949) 245-6045.”

“It’s a friendly, welcoming and stress free environment. From the candle in the reception area to the windows in the treatment rooms looking out on a garden, it feels very non-dentist like, which is actually a good thing. They addressed the issue I had come in for and didn’t try to upsell me on other unnecessary treatments. I actually found a dentist’s office that I like!”

AUDIO VISUAL
[Instrumental music.] Animated blue wave graphics move across a pale background before the Shoreline Dental Studio logo appears. The opening question fades in: “How has Shoreline earned your trust?”
Patient 1: “I just think it’s the staff members here. Um, I would say yes, I’m a trusting person, but just not initially off the bat, you know. So just from the minute I walked in the door, I felt comfortable, and it’s kind of one of those places, like, I know I’m gonna be here forever.” A blonde woman speaks in a seated interview on a dark leather couch in the waiting area. The camera remains on her as she gestures while speaking.
Patient 2: “They answer my questions, and I think that that is the biggest thing, that they’ll stop and answer my questions even in the middle of a procedure. Before, I’m like, ‘Well, wait, why would we do this?’ and then I ask.” A brunette woman speaks in a seated interview in the waiting area. She gestures with her hands while explaining that the team takes time to answer her questions.
Patient 3: “One thing I really liked was that I was immediately put on sort of a plan. What do you want to do? What’s your goal for this? And here’s what we recommend. It was very professional. Everything’s up to date, and everything was backed by data, high-tech, and you made me think about things I never really thought of before.” Another brunette woman speaks while standing beside a man in the bright reception area. He looks toward her as she describes the treatment-planning process.

“I love this office, from the doctor to the manager Cory. The people here are so nice and make you feel welcomed.’. Dr Ritzau offers sedation for people who are anxious about dental work.

The office is beautiful from the waiting room with free kerig coffee while you wait, to the patient rooms with big windows and a nice view of greeneries/succulents. They even had a menu so you can get blanket or iPad while you are in the chair. Amazing customer service.

Dr Ritzau is so nice and professional. I highly recommend her to anyone in San Clemente who needs a dentist.”

[Instrumental music.] Animated blue wave graphics move across a pale background before the Shoreline Dental Studio logo appears. The opening question fades in: “How do you feel when you walk into Shoreline?”
Patient 1: “The big thing for me is I’ve never wanted to go to the dentist my whole life, but I don’t mind coming here at all. I actually look forward to my next appointment, you know. I know exactly how I’m going to be treated. I know that the technician is gonna do a fabulous job.” A man in a blue shirt speaks while standing beside a woman in Shoreline’s reception. The camera alternates between a wider shot of the couple and a closer shot of the man. A Shoreline Dental Studio watermark appears in the lower-left corner.
Patient 2: “I think it’s just easy, and it’s just fun. I mean, the bummer about being in a dental chair is I’m a talker, and so you can’t talk all the time and visit. And so I wish that there was more time that allowed for chit-chatting with, you know, everyone.” A woman with long brown hair speaks in a seated interview in the waiting area. She smiles and gestures animatedly while describing her visits.
Patient 3: “Relaxed, not nervous, ready for whatever I need to have done. Whether it’s a cleaning or a crown or a root canal, it never phases me. I’m coming in” A brunette woman wearing a black-and-white striped top speaks in a seated interview. The video cuts to a wider shot of her speaking with Dr Ritzau who is in a white coat in the waiting area before returning to the interview.
Patient 4: “Well, it’s the same every time you go here. It’s not like you’re getting any surprises. Like, the same team is making it, like, this is the atmosphere of the entire crew. So that’s what I like.” A man wearing glasses and a light blue shirt speaks in a seated interview inside the practice. The camera remains focused on him as he explains the consistency of the team and atmosphere.
Patient 4: “I can also see there’s a lot of upgrades here, so it feels, like, always nice to come in when it’s, like, nice and clean.” The man continues speaking. The video briefly cuts to him reclining and smiling in a dental treatment chair before returning to the seated interview.

“I had my first visit with Shoreline Dental Studio today and I’m so happy I found them. I felt very welcome from the minute I walked in the door. My hygienist was professional but also very personable and made me feel at ease. She was also very gentle when cleaning my teeth. Dr. Livingston was also very professional and kind. She explained conditions and treatments in a clear manner without too much jargon. She took the time to get to know me and made me feel like I, as the patient, was part of the team. Overall, I’m very impressed with this group and will stick with them. I am also a healthcare professional and I really admire the way everyone in this group treats their patients and works together. I will actually look forward to the dentist now!”

AUDIO VISUAL
[Instrumental music.] Animated blue wave graphics move across a pale background before the Shoreline Dental Studio logo appears. The opening question fades in: “What experiences have you had at Shoreline that stand out?”
Patient 1: “Honestly, I mean, this is gonna sound lame, but, like, all my experiences here have been pretty positive. When I was pregnant, that was probably during the time that I was the most positive because, you know, there’s medications that I can and can’t get, the X-rays, all that stuff. Like, everyone was just very well aware that I was pregnant too, even before I was showing, which was pretty cool.” A woman with long brown hair, wearing a dark floral cardigan, speaks in a seated interview inside a treatment room. The video briefly cuts to her sitting in a dental chair and laughing with a dental professional before returning to the interview.
Patient 2: “The consistency is, you know, we had one hygienist clean our teeth, and then until she had to leave for, you know, family reasons, and we’ve had another one ever since then. And they’ve both been outstanding, and we love them. It’s just sweet, awesome people.” A blonde woman wearing a sleeveless floral top speaks while seated on a dark leather couch in the waiting area. She gestures with her hands as she describes the consistency of the dental team.
Patient 3: “The experience that is ongoing that stands out is the being on a plan. ‘We have you on a plan for teeth cleaning,’ for instance. ‘We’re going to keep you at more frequent teeth cleanings for now, and then we’re going to go to this.’ And just having that visibility to your plan, treating it like you’re a project and this is how it’s gonna run, and I appreciate that.” A brunette woman speaks while standing beside a man in a bright room with white curtains behind them. The video cuts to close-up footage of a Shoreline Dental Studio folder being opened to display a written treatment plan before returning to the couple
Patient 4: “She professionally talked to me and said, ‘This is what you need,’ and she didn’t scare me. She just was very matter-of-fact and said, ‘We’ll do what we can to help you, and I think you’ll do fine.’ And she offered me the anesthesia, or the option of the anesthesia, of sleep, and that was perfect.” A blonde woman speaks in a seated interview near the reception desk. The video briefly cuts to Dr Ritzau speaking beside a monitor displaying dental X-rays before returning to the patient.
